Eaton House is a 5 story 3,878 square meter (41,700 SF) office building over a single story car park located in a historic Georgian block in Dublin, Ireland. The building houses executive offices, support staff, meeting rooms, huddle and conference spaces and a board room, all with state-of-the-art AV and connectivity for global operations of the Eaton Corporation, a $19 billion multinational power management company.
The redevelopment of Eaton House required significant internal alterations to upgrade the office building to an exceptional standard, suitable to accommodate the requirements of a corporate organisation, providing marked improvements in the functionality and performance of the building in terms environmental efficiency.
KA and Pickard Chilton won The 2016 International Architecture Award for their work on The Eaton House in Dublin, Ireland. This prestigious award was given out by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and the European Centre for Architecture Art and Urban Studies.
